Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in CSDE1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44737) using a dilution of 1:1,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:300,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Lane 1: A431 cell lysate; Lane 2: RAW264.7 cell lysate. Predicted band size: 89 kDa. Observed band size: 89 kDa.
